Mitchell Defranco

Mitchell DeFranco has extensive work experience in the waste management and environmental services industry. Mitchell currently serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Kimble Companies since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager of Field Services at Chemtron Corporation from September 2020 to May 2021.

From January 2019 to September 2020, Mitchell worked as the General Manager of Container Field Services Management at Cascade Engineering. Before that, they held the position of National Sales Manager at Cascade Engineering from March 2017 to January 2019.

Mitchell's earlier work experience includes serving as the Sales Manager at Waste Management from March 2015 to March 2017, Sales Manager at Cascade Engineering from March 2009 to March 2015, Retention Manager, District Manager, and Safety and Compliance Manager at Waste Management from 2000 to 2009.

Mitchell also worked as the General Manager at Shred-it from February 1999 to May 2000, Manager at Miles Disposal from May 1995 to February 1999, General Manager at Allied Waste from August 1993 to April 1995, and held various roles including General Manager and Manager Trainee at Chambers Development Company Inc. from 1988 to 1993.

Mitchell DeFranco pursued their education from 1983 to 1988 at Kent State University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
