Jonnathan Toledo

Jonnathan Toledo is an accomplished District Manager at Kimco Facility Services, LLC since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in facility management and operations. Previously, Jonnathan served as District Manager and Area Manager at Diversified Maintenance from February 2019 to September 2021 and gained forensic accounting internship experience at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office in mid-2019. Earlier roles include Operation Manager at K&P Facilities and Area Manager at Diversified Maintenance Systems, LLC. Jonnathan holds a Master’s Degree in Inspection and Oversight in Forensic Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a specialization in Fraud Examination and Financial Forensics from John Jay College (CUNY), complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Dutchess Community College.
