Chad Johnson

Chad Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Property Management at Kimco Realty Corporation since March 2007, Chad Johnson oversees the Texas portfolio's daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and the achievement of financial performance targets. Previously, Chad Johnson held the position of Director of Property Management at Livesey Company from March 2002 to March 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for the largest commercial real estate developer in southwestern Wisconsin. Prior roles include serving as Mall Manager at Copken, White and Blitt and The Richard E. Jacobs Group. Chad Johnson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned in 1993.
