Chris Oftedal

Chris Oftedal, CPM, currently serves as the Vice President of National Property Operations at Kimco Realty Corporation, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this, Chris held various roles including Regional Vice President and Regional Director of Property Management at the same company. Additionally, Chris contributed to the City of Palm Beach Gardens as a member of the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board from January 2018 to October 2024. Earlier in the career, Chris was with Weingarten Realty Investors from October 2004 to August 2021, progressing to the position of Associate Director of Property Management and Director of Sustainability. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, earned between 2000 and 2004.
