Christopher Herman

Christopher Herman, CDP, currently serves as the Director of Development at Kimco Realty Corporation, focusing on redevelopment and management of entitlement processes, retailer and municipal interactions, and project design oversight. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at Frazier Industrial Company, Vice President of Construction & Development at Trademark Property Company, and Project Manager at W.E. O'Neil Construction. Christopher also owned Da Vinci Construction & Design, managed larger retail and commercial developments at Bourn Partners, and coordinated tenant and project management at Miromar Development Company and Vornado Realty Trust. Early career experience includes civil engineering at Pennoni Associates and an internship with the City of Philadelphia. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Temple University, awarded in 2001.
