Jessica Dombrowski-Yizar

Jessica Dombrowski-Yizar has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Property Management at Kimco Realty Corporation since June 2013, with prior roles including Regional Director and Property Manager. Jessica successfully manages a portfolio of mixed-use and grocery anchor shopping centers and previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Suburban Square, a historic lifestyle center in Philadelphia. Before Kimco, Jessica was the Shopping Center General Manager at Durango Mall, LLC, where daily operations and the enhancement of the Specialty Leasing Program were primary focuses. Earlier roles include General Manager at Southside Mall and Days Inn, overseeing property operations and staff management. Jessica's educational background includes ICSC Career Development and Manfred Realestate programs.
