John Huntzinger

John Huntzinger is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Director of Architectural Design at Kimco Realty Corporation since November 2022. With a robust background in architecture and urban design, John previously held the position of Adjunct Lecturer at Howard University from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior to this, John was the Managing Director of Urban Design at streetsense from March 2005 to October 2022. Earlier career roles include Project Architect at Cooper Carry, Staff Architect at Street-Works, and Intern Architect at Cooper Carry. John holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Miami University.
