Partner, Director Of Architectural Design at Partners by Design

Buzz Leffelman, AIA has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. Buzz started their career as an Architectural Intern at Hezner Corporation in 2006, followed by a role as an Architectural Intern at Leo A Daly in 2007. In the same year, they also worked as a Visual Studies Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania.

In 2008, Buzz joined Ewing Cole as an Architectural Design Intern and continued to work there as an Architect + Designer from 2009 to 2015. During their time at Ewing Cole, they gained extensive experience in architectural design.

In 2012, Buzz briefly served as a Visual Studies Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania. Then, in 2015, they joined Partners by Design as an Architect + Designer. Buzz gradually took on more responsibilities and positions within the company, including Project Director and Director of Architectural Design. Most recently, in May 2022, Buzz became a Partner and the Director of Architectural Design at Partners by Design.

Buzz Leffelman, AIA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Architecture degree specializing in Ecological Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2009.
