Julia Rocco

Julia Rocco is a seasoned professional in asset management and finance with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Asset Management at Kimco Realty Corporation since August 2006, Julia Rocco has successfully underwritten and closed a $354 million commingled fund, creating detailed cash flow analyses and performance evaluations. Prior to this role, Julia Rocco held the position of Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2004 to July 2006, where responsibilities included performing due diligence on over $10 billion of CMBS assets. Julia Rocco's career began as a Research Analyst at Sentinel Real Estate from 2000 to 2003. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Baruch College, as well as a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and an education from The Wharton School.
