Lauren Granit

Lauren Granit, CPM, currently serves as General Manager at Kimco Realty Corporation since October 2023. With a comprehensive background in property management, Lauren previously held the position of Senior Commercial Property Manager at The Festival Companies from September 2021 to October 2023, and Senior Property Manager at Unilev Management from March 2018 to July 2021. Earlier roles include Property Manager and various support positions at Stream Realty Partners, as well as Leasing Agent at Southhampton Management and Leasing Consultant at Blue Ridge Companies. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown between 2013 and 2016.
