Mark Rickards

Mark Rickards currently serves as the Director of Development at Kimco Realty Corporation, a position held since October 2021. With a diverse background in project management and development, Mark's prior roles include Associate at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Project Manager at Bohler Engineering and Woolbright Development, and President of Zoning, Permitting, Research (ZPR), a consulting firm specializing in land use strategy. Mark also contributed to the national rollout of relay antennae and towers as Zoning Manager at LCC International. Early career experience includes positions as Site Development Coordinator at W. L. Fish & Company and Associate Planner at Unruh, Smith & Associates. Mark holds a BA in History and Political Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
