Michelle Ayala

Michelle Ayala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property tax management and accounts receivable. Currently serving as a Senior Property Tax Specialist at Kimco Realty Corporation since November 2001, Michelle leads a team responsible for analyzing and managing real estate tax payments exceeding $300,000,000 annually for one of the largest community shopping center Real Estate Investment Trusts in the nation. Michelle has participated in tax assessment appeals and has managed payment processes for hundreds of properties. Prior roles include Accounts Receivable Credit and Collections Analyst at DS&D, Accounts Receivable Specialist at deta!ls, and Customer Service Representative at Radio City Music Hall. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John’s University.
