Wilbur Tom Simmons

Wilbur "Tom" Simmons serves as the President of the Southern Region at Kimco Realty Corporation, a position held since January 2003, while also overseeing the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Shopping Center Regions. Prior to this role, Wilbur Simmons was the Vice President of Acquisition and Development at Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust from 1998 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
