Imran Haque

Imran Haque is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and artificial intelligence sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Kimia Therapeutics since March 2025, Imran previously held significant roles at Recursion, including SVP of AI and Digital Sciences and VP of Data Science from August 2019 to February 2025. Imran acted as a Scientific Advisor at Known Medicine from November 2020 until its acquisition by Pathos in May 2023. Additional notable positions include Chief Scientific Officer at Freenome, Vice President of Scientific Affairs and Director of Research at Counsyl, and a Ph.D. candidacy at Stanford University. Imran holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
