Joyce Tseng, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles across the finance sector. Currently serving as Controller at Kimia Therapeutics since April 2024, Joyce leads full-spectrum accounting operations while managing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting. Previous positions include Associate Director of Accounting at Carmot Therapeutics, where Joyce played a pivotal role in financial cleanup and IPO preparations, and Accounting Manager at Cogitativo, where operational efficiencies were significantly enhanced. With a solid foundation in audit and compliance gained from roles at Performing Arts Workshop and Mission Asset Fund, Joyce has consistently demonstrated expertise in GAAP adherence and financial reporting. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
