Aubrey Brockman

Aubrey Brockman, PE, is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in residential development and client management. Currently employed at Kimley-Horn since May 2022, Aubrey previously held positions at Parkhill, Smith & Cooper as a Client Manager, and at Manhard Consulting as a Project Manager and Team Lead, focusing on client coordination and Municipal Utility Districts. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Engineer at Jones & Carter, Inc., where responsibilities involved design engineering and coordination with both clients and governmental agencies. Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, earned in 2011.
