Jason Manners

Jason Manners is a structural engineer and the Parking Design Practice Lead at Kimley-Horn, where responsibilities include leading the firm's Structural Engineering and Parking Design practice in the greater Atlanta area and advising clients on unique structural and parking solutions. With project management experience from inception to completion in parking, structural, and restoration consulting, Jason has also served as Office Coordinator for the Raleigh office, balancing staff workload among project managers. Prior to Kimley-Horn, Jason worked as an Engineering Analyst at SpectraSite Communications, focusing on wind load analysis for communication towers. Jason holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, both with an emphasis in structural engineering.
