Jeffrey Weir

Jeffrey Weir is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in marketing and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Kimley-Horn since August 2022, Jeffrey previously held key positions such as Head of Marketing & Communications at Global Thermostat, and Senior Vice President at Rubenstein, where responsibilities included public relations and crisis communications strategy. Additional experience includes roles at PSEG, FleishmanHillard, Travelers, Sloane & Company, Text 100, Blanc & Otus, and Mustang Engineering, all of which contributed to extensive expertise in media relations, branding, and strategic communications. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising from Emerson College.
