Kevin Hoppers

Kevin Hoppers, P.E., PTOE, has over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Production Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, and Project Manager/Transportation Engineer at Kimley-Horn since February 2005, Kevin has played a pivotal role in project execution and client engagement. Prior to this, Kevin was a Project Engineer at HDR, Inc. from January 2000 to February 2005, and began a career in engineering as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Texas Transportation Institute from September 1998 to January 2000. Kevin holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned from 1993 to 2000.
