Mark Palmer

Mark Palmer is a Civil Engineer in training with a strong background in civil design and engineering projects. Currently employed at Kimley-Horn since March 2022, Mark focuses on diverse engineering tasks. Prior experience includes roles at Carlson, Brigance & Doering, where responsibilities involved designing residential and multifamily commercial developments, and Bowman Consulting, which encompassed hydrology and hydraulics analysis using Bentley software and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Texas State University, earned in 2018.
