Matt Weir

Matt Weir is a seasoned civil and traffic engineer with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Vice President at Kimley-Horn since October 2005, Matt has a strong background in project leadership and engineering. Prior roles include working as a Transportation Engineer at Parsons from November 2002 to October 2005 and at HNTB from September 1998 to November 2002. Matt completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Clemson University (1993-1997) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation Systems at the Georgia Institute of Technology (1997-1998).
