Pam Turner

Pam Turner is an experienced GIS Project Manager with over a decade of expertise in geospatial services. Currently employed by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since January 2011, Pam previously held positions as Project Manager at LJT & Associates, Inc. and Sr. Geospatial Information Analyst at Pacific Disaster Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Geographic Information Systems and a GIS Certificate from Penn State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Dickinson College.
