Vahid Raboodan

Vahid Raboodan, P.E. is a seasoned transportation engineer with extensive experience in transit project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Manager at Kimley-Horn since June 2023, Vahid focuses on growing the Portland office and expanding the Pacific Northwest region's transit practice. Prior to this role, Vahid held positions at AECOM as a Senior Transit Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer, where responsibilities included leading major transit projects. Previous experience includes civil engineering roles at EVS, Inc., Rani Engineering, and Larson Engineering, where Vahid contributed to various civil and transit design projects. Vahid holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned in 2010.
