Nicholas Denton-Clark

Nicholas Denton-Clark is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and operations across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kimmeridge since June 2023, Nicholas previously held significant roles at BNY Mellon as Global Head of Governance, Resiliency and Controls for both Securities Services and Digital, and Asset Servicing and Digital. Prior to that, Nicholas was Head of Global Risk Programs at PayPal, and held multiple leadership positions at Allianz Global Investors U.S., including Chief Risk Officer. Nicholas's earlier experience includes a Director position at PwC, focusing on asset management advisory, and a managing director role at PineBridge Investments LLC. Nicholas began a career in governance, risk, and regulation at Deloitte & Touche, concluding a tenure as Senior Manager. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Biological Sciences from the University of Bristol.
