Charlotte Dehaven is the Vice President of Development at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having previously served as the Vice President of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and The Prescott Group. Dehaven began their career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2001 before moving into private equity with The Whitehall Funds.
Dehaven is responsible for Kimpton's managed development team on the West coast. Charlotte focuses on growing Kimpton's managed hotel portfolio through conversions, adaptive-reuse, and new-build development projects. Under their leadership, Kimpton has seen significant growth in recent years.
Dehaven is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University.
Charlotte Dehaven has a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Economics and Pre-Med from the University of Virginia. Charlotte also went to Savannah Country Day School.
Charlotte Dehaven reports to Allison Reid, Chief Development Officer. They are on a team with Hari Jun - Director of Development, Tiffany Cooper - Senior Vice President, Development.
