Kripesh Hariharan

Kripesh Hariharan has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at KIMS Healthcare Management Ltd. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Kripesh held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd. from May 2013 to March 2018 and was similarly positioned at Future Group from November 2004 to May 2013, where responsibilities included leadership acquisition and industrial relations. Earlier career highlights include serving as Regional Manager - Human Resources at FOODWORLD SUPERMARKETS LTD and as Assistant Manager - HR at Carborandum Universal Limited. Kripesh holds a Master of Social Work degree in Human Resources Management from DG Vaishnav College and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution.
