Bal Dhinsa currently serves as a Professor in Regenerative Orthopaedics at Canterbury Christ Church University since July 2023, leading the MCh pathway in Regenerative Orthopaedics. Additionally, Bal Dhinsa served as the academy club doctor for Charlton Athletic Football Club from 2012 to 2014.
