Kat M Pham is a seasoned design researcher and founder with extensive experience in user experience and design. Currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher at Kin Insurance since February 2021, Kat M Pham has facilitated design sprints and implemented research repositories to enhance collaboration and democratize insights. Previously, Kat M Pham worked as a UX Researcher/Designer, generating impactful research and collaborating across departments to shape customer acquisition strategies. As the founder of Pink Fuel LLC, Kat M Pham created inclusive digital products while emphasizing diversity and representation. Additional experience includes roles at UpLift Health Inc. and General Assembly, focusing on improving user retention and design processes. Kat M Pham holds a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
