Rick Rancourt

Rick Rancourt, CPA, currently serves as Vice President and Controller at Kin Insurance since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Controller at Polly (formerly DealerPolicy) from June 2019 to April 2024. Rick's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from April 2018 to June 2019, as well as a Financial Analyst at National Life Group from November 2017 to April 2018. Earlier in the career, Rick worked at Deloitte from September 2010 to September 2017, progressing from Audit Associate to Audit Senior and eventually to Audit Manager. Rick earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut from 2006 to 2010.
