Julie Karsmarski serves as the Property Management Coordinator at Kin Properties Inc since June 2011. Julie also works as an Assistant Trainer at Tulocay Farm since January 2005. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from Lynn University, and attended Immaculata High School and Methuen High School for their secondary education.

We are a privately-held commercial real estate investment company, in business for over 60 years. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership, and management of free-standing commercial properties across the United States and Canada. We are a family business that has been owned continuously, with our third generation now actively involved in our operations and management. Most of our properties comprise of single-tenant retail properties as well as both single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties. In recent years, we have been adding multi-family residential rental properties, located in or near major metropolitan areas, to our portfolio in joint-venture efforts.
