Richard Kramer has over four decades of experience in accounting and lease administration, currently serving as Lease Compliance Manager at Kin Properties, Inc. since August 2009. Previously, Richard held various roles at Office Depot, including Lease Administration Manager and Real Estate Tax Administrator, contributing to the company's lease management operations for nearly two decades. Earlier career positions include Accounting Supervisor at Mr. Goodbuys and Raymond Rosen Company, and Accounts Payable Supervisor at Acme Markets. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University.

We are a privately-held commercial real estate investment company, in business for over 60 years. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership, and management of free-standing commercial properties across the United States and Canada. We are a family business that has been owned continuously, with our third generation now actively involved in our operations and management. Most of our properties comprise of single-tenant retail properties as well as both single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties. In recent years, we have been adding multi-family residential rental properties, located in or near major metropolitan areas, to our portfolio in joint-venture efforts.
