Sivaranjini Dinesh has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Head at Kinara Capital since June 2017, overseeing payroll processing, compliance, statutory functions, and employee benefits. Previously, Sivaranjini held positions including Senior Executive in Human Resources at MVJ College of Engineering, where responsibilities included payroll processing and statutory functions, and HR Consultant at Scancafe, Inc., focusing on recruitment and manpower planning. Additional recruitment roles were held at MeritTrac Service’s Pvt Ltd. and B2K Corp. Pvt. Ltd., where involvement spanned across various levels of recruitment in both ITES and IT sectors.
