Cristele Pierre

Cristele Pierre is an experienced professional with a background in human resources management and quality assurance. Since August 2018, Cristele has served as the People and Culture Manager Systems and Support at Kinark Child and Family Services, applying expertise in organizational development. Prior to this role, Cristele worked as a Quality Manager at Sitel from November 2003 to September 2006, where responsibilities included managing a team of 20 quality professionals, overseeing adherence to quality measurement systems, and facilitating performance reviews. Cristele holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Finance from Ryerson University and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources from Centennial College.
