Alexander Bausch has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Alexander is currently the CEO and Founder of Kinarus AG, a position they have held since September 2017. Before that, they were the CEO and Founder of Strekin AG from August 2014.
Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Alexander worked as a Consultant in Venture Capital at Support-Venture GMBH starting from January 2013.
From January 2010 to December 2012, Alexander served as a Life Cycle Leader at Hoffmann-La Roche. Before that, they held the role of Early Development Project Leader CNS/Metabolics at Hoffmann La Roche from January 2004 to December 2009.
Alexander's early career at Roche Pharmaceuticals involved various roles. Alexander was a Project Leader in Pharma Research from August 2001 to December 2003. Alexander also served as the Head of Formulation Development Solid Dosage Forms in Basel from October 1999 to July 2001. Prior to that, they held positions as a Global Technical Leader, Lab Head for Formulation Development Solid Dosage Forms, and Expert in Powder Technology within Non-Clinical Development.
Alexander Bausch completed their education at two institutions. Alexander pursued a PHD in Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Basel from 1989 to 1992. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they attended IMD and obtained a degree of Dr in Pharma.
