Rachel Aarons

Rachel Aarons is an experienced professional in the fields of scheduling, planning, and service management. Currently serving as the Regional Scheduling & Planning Manager at KinCare since November 2017, Rachel oversees scheduling and planning for over 300 care workers across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Tyco Integrated Fire & Security from October 2013 to 2016, managing profit and loss for over $14 million and supervising a team of technicians and office staff in security and fire services. Rachel's career began at ADT Security Australia, where roles ranged from Dispatcher to Service Manager from 1999 to 2013, complemented by earlier experience as a Collections Officer at ADT Security. Educational background includes attending Box Hill High School from 1990 to 1993 and Aquinas College Ringwood from 1987 to 1990.
