Jeff Jolton

Jeff Jolton is a seasoned leader in data and analytics with extensive experience in employee engagement and workforce strategy. Currently serving as the Leader of Data and Analytics - Advisory at Spencer Stuart since April 2022, Jeff previously held the position of Managing Director, Research and Insights at Kincentric. Prior to this, Jeff worked at PwC from August 2014 to April 2022 as a Managing Director and Director of Workforce Analytics. At Kenexa from December 2005 to July 2014, Jeff was Director of Global Consulting, managing a team and overseeing numerous global projects related to organizational assessment and workforce analytics. Jeff's earlier roles include Senior Consultant at Genesee Survey Services, Independent Consultant, and Consultant roles at Family and Business Directions and The McGraw Hill Companies. Jeff holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology from Lawrence University, complemented by an M.S. in the same field from Ohio University.
