Muskan Arif is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Specialist and Muskan Can! Program Facilitator at Milton Community Resource Centre since May 2023, Muskan also holds the position of Director of Advocacy at Queer Halal Time. Involvement with Kind Minds Family Wellness dates back to May 2021, where roles include Member, Event Coordinator, and Summer Intern. Previously, Muskan co-led the Women Leading Politics Association as Co President and Vice President from November 2021 to May 2023, and contributed as a Deputy Returning Officer for Élections Canada in September 2021. Earlier positions include Inclusion Support Worker and Program Assistant for the City of Markham from September 2016 to August 2019. Muskan Arif holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in May 2023.
