Brian Crockett is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in end-user support and desktop services management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of End User Experience at KIND since September 2014, Brian previously held the position of Manager for End User Support Services. Prior to KIND, Brian worked at HCL Technologies/Capitol Music Group as North America Lead for Deskside Services, overseeing desktop support across seven U.S. locations. Brian's career also includes a significant tenure at EMI Music, where responsibilities as Deskside Support Lead for the East Coast involved serving as a liaison between users and the IT support team. Earlier roles at Datek Online Holdings Corp. included various positions in client support. Brian holds an Associate's Degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
