Claire Ponsford

Claire Ponsford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Claire is currently serving as the EMEA People and Organisation Director at KIND since February 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Mars starting from 2012, including Global Strategic Capabilities Director, OD and Integration Manager, and Global Sales Capability Manager. Claire also worked as an HR Business Partner at Mars, focusing on talent management, organization design, and recruitment, among other responsibilities. Before joining Mars, Claire worked as an HR Manager at Astellas Pharma from 2010 to 2012 and as an HR Advisor at BMS from 2005 to 2010.

Claire Ponsford attended the University of Plymouth from 2001 to 2005 where they studied Human Resources Management. In 2005, they obtained their Chartered membership from the CIPD. In 2017, Claire received a Certificate in Change Management from Prosci. Claire later obtained a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School in 2020.
