Darwin Bratton

Darwin Bratton has over three decades of experience in research and development functions in the food industry. Darwin has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as KIND, The Hershey Company, Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods Group, Nabisco Foods Group, and Heinz. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for leading R&D programs, managing budgets, driving innovation, and overseeing procurement activities. Their expertise spans across multiple categories including chocolate, snacks, biscuits, gum, candy, and packaging.

Darwin Bratton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Penn State University from 1986 to 1990. Darwin later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Seton Hall University from 1994 to 1998.
