John-Claude Lacroix is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with a strong background in new product development and formulation. Currently serving as the Sr. New Product Development Manager at KIND since April 2016, John-Claude has progressed through roles including Senior Food Scientist and Food Scientist, contributing to various projects in product innovation and improvement. Prior experience includes work as a Food Scientist at D.F. Stauffer Biscuit Co., Inc., from June 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities encompassed leading formula development for cookies and crackers, conducting plant trials, and organizing sensory testing. John-Claude holds a degree in Food Science from Penn State University, acquired between 2010 and 2014.
