Mary Tyrone has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mary has taken on various leadership roles throughout their career, focusing on driving transformation and optimizing HR practices within organizations.

Mary's most recent position was as the Vice President - People Operations and Total Rewards at KIND, where they were responsible for enhancing and transforming HR operations to attract, hire, and retain talented team members.

Prior to this, they served as the Vice President - People Operations at Conair LLC, where they led strategic HR practices and policies to promote employee-focused solutions and drive culture change. Mary also held the role of Sr. Director - Human Resources at Conair LLC, leading the implementation of customized HR solutions and digitally transforming the HR function.

Before their time at Conair, Mary worked as the Global Human Resources (HR/HCM) Digital Transformation and Process Owner at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. In this role, they led the global HR function in enterprise-wide digital transformation and continuously improved HR processes and systems.

Mary also has experience as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at OHAUS Corporation, where they provided transformational HR leadership and designed various HR programs. Prior to OHAUS, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Rockwell Automation and Estee Lauder, where they focused on HR and training initiatives.
