Osher Hoberman has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and financial sectors. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Deutsche Bank, followed by a position as a Senior Financial Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 1999 to 2002. In 2004, they began their career at Mars, where they held various roles and responsibilities. These included being an Associate Brand Manager for M&M's, Brand Manager for Skittles, Marketing Director for Snickers, and Chief Marketing Officer for Snickers, Milky Way, and 3Musketeers. Osher then transitioned to the role of Vice President, Global Strategy, where they managed a global segment with manufacturing sites and sales in multiple markets. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Marketing Officer at KIND since 2023.
Osher Hoberman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Binghamton University in 1997. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued further education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Marketing/Marketing Management.
