In 2011, they started their career as a Junior Key-Account Manager at Buchungsservice24 GmbH and subsequently became a Senior Key-Account Manager from August 2015 to May 2017. Jennifer then took a break for maternity leave from May 2017 to July 2018. Upon returning, they resumed their role as a Senior Key-Account Manager at Buchungsservice24 GmbH until December 2018. From January 2019 to July 2019, they worked as a Seminar & Office Manager at TAM Akademie GmbH. Later, they became an Office & Feel Good Manager at caroobi from September 2019 to April 2020. Jennifer then pursued further training in HR and employment law at karriere tutor GmbH from May 2020 to December 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR & Operations at Kindaling since May 2021.
