Lauren Morrow

Lauren Morrow is a seasoned professional in operations and customer success with a comprehensive background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate and Facility Operations at Kindbody since April 2024, Lauren previously held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Success at Leap from January 2023 to April 2024, where contributions focused on enhancing retail and e-commerce integration. Prior to Leap, Lauren was the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Studs and gained extensive experience at WeWork in various operational roles from February 2017 to August 2020. Additional roles include a Strategic Marketing Intern at Peppercomm and a Restaurant Partnership Representative at Uber. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development and Applied Economics and Public Communications from the University of Vermont.
