Kaitlyn Nelson

Kaitlyn Nelson, MSW, LCSW, BCBA, currently serves as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Technician at Novo Behavioral Services LLC, where responsibilities include providing ABA therapy to children and collaborating with families and educational staff to enhance student outcomes. Additionally, Kaitlyn works as a Mental Health Therapist at Kinder Konsulting, delivering clinical services to clients. Previous experience includes roles as a Care Coordinator at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, providing support for patients with chronic illnesses, and positions at Florida Autism Center and Children's Home Society, focusing on behavior therapy and residential treatment. Kaitlyn obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, building a solid foundation in both behavioral analysis and social work.
