Jeff Utay

Jeff Utay is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax planning and audits. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax Planning & Audits at Kinder Morgan since December 2005, Jeff has also held roles as Senior Tax Counsel and Tax Attorney within the same organization. Prior to Kinder Morgan, Jeff worked as a Tax Manager at Deloitte from September 1999 to December 2005. Jeff Utay holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Florida, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Texas A&M University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
