John Rucker

John Rucker is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support, software development, and cloud infrastructure management. Currently serving as an Azure Escalation Support Engineer at Microsoft since August 2023, John engages directly with business customers to address their complex technical needs and maintain satisfaction. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Kinder Morgan, Inc., where responsibilities included managing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and providing application support.
