Kimberly Doerr

Kimberly Doerr is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various capacities. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Kinder Morgan, Inc. since April 2022, Kimberly provides guidance to management and employs effective conflict resolution techniques. Previously, as an Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target, Kimberly managed core HR operations, developed staffing strategies, and led performance management processes. Other roles include Associate Director of Kids College at Midland College, Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, and Marketing Intern at Sandia Prep. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a minor in English from The University of New Mexico.
