Dwight Lavender

Dwight Lavender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Field Operations at KinderCare Learning Companies since May 2023, Dwight promotes early learning initiatives. As Owner and Franchisee of The Exercise Coach® since June 2019, Dwight specializes in high-tech health and fitness solutions. Previous roles include Senior Regional Human Resources Leader at Amazon from November 2021 to May 2023, and Founder of Lav Enterprises, LLC, focusing on strategic HR consulting between 2017 and 2021. Dwight has held significant HR positions at Sprint and Yum! Brands, and has contributed to educational initiatives as a Tutor and Instructor. Dwight holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, along with a BA in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
